Well our inventory is finally done and we have been busy trying to re-group all of it and get it ready for listings, much of it at wholesale prices! We have to drastically reduce what we have on hand as we plan on moving to a different warehouse at the end of May! So we have a lot of odd and end bits, single items that got lost in the mix etc that will be listed over the next couple months as we don't want to take it all with us.
All of the sale items will go up in our eBay store at www.wgetc.com, while all the new items will continue to be listed on our www.trendytees.com site.
We are also clearing out all of the Emily Strange cami and panty sets, these make great presents and they also come with a free gift for every set you purchase!

WHEW, we survived!
I know it's been a while since I've posted anything here, but the Christmas season is always crazy! We had a great couple months and just wanted to say "THANKS!" to all of our loyal customers :) Now it almost seems too quiet...but not to worry, I have a few mountains of stock to tackle and inventory to do as it is now a new year.
And at the times when we weren't chained to the shipping table I was baking up a storm and making caramels like they were going out of style, my next job...at least I'm hoping. I mean, how can a girl go wrong....spending all day around clothes and bags and hopefully one day around cookies and chocolates?!?
Oh, and if you haven't taken our poll yet on the website, do so now! We plan on taking it down soon, but would love your input. Looks like plus sizes would be a great addition to what we offer, but it can be such a struggle to find a company that offers that. Well, at least in the styles/designs we want and within a good price range, but I think we found one! We are hoping to order from them soon and try them out, so keep your peepers open for when it comes!

Merry Christmas Everyone!!
Time always flies by for us during the Christmas season, what with all the extra business, visiting family, throwing and going to parties, shopping for presents, etc... But we are loving every minute of it and feel so blessed, even during the hard times and long days of packing/shipping out!
We have chosen to keep the store open for the entire Christmas season, but please be aware that it will NOT get there in time if you pay after December 18th (within USA). For international buyers it is really hard to say when the cut off date is, as each country is a little different. But I would say no later then TODAY, December 10th and that's with choosing PRIORITY MAIL. First class may make it there in time, but I wouldn't count on it.
For December we actually have 2 coupon codes! The Junk Food sale is still in effect, but now the code is : JFROCKS2
The new coupon code allows you to take 25% of the highest priced item in your cart (can be from any company), but can only be used once. that code is : QTRPOUNDER

The new stuff just keeps flooding in!
Our office over here always seems to be in a state of "feast or famine" when it comes to listing new stuff. Oh, we always have new items coming in, the FedEx & UPS trucks stop here almost daily, or so it seems. But I guess I have a habit of letting things pile up until they they are practically toppling over on me as I walk by! So I'm on a mission this week to list as much as I can and clear up the space so I can begin the cycle all over again!
And actually it's a bit more exciting for me this time around, as we have quite a few new labels! Just a few off the top of my head that either are already, or will be showing up in the store within the next week:
Loyal Army-super cute tees with lots of "innocent" fun infused into them! Geared a bit more for the teen crowd or anyone who is "young at heart". We love the line for it's randomness, but what ties it all together is the non-offensive sense of humor it portrays :)
Crash & Burn-seriously, the best line of tees we've EVER carried. These are super soft with awesome graphics, lots of rhinestone accents and qaulity construction. A bit higher priced, but worth it. You can not even compare them to "normal" tees, these are special event worthy...seriously.
Crooked Monkey-started by 2 friends in a garage, sound familiar? Soft and fun tees with a retro-cheesey spin.
Culture Plug-a.k.a PopinJay (they just went thru a name change). But if you haven't checked these out, you should! They specialize in burnouts and sublimations, which is all the rage right now. If you are not familiar with sublimation tees, the graphics are actually A PART of the shirt, not just pressed into it. Which means it will never fade or crack and will look brand new even a year or 2 from now!

We just love their stuff, and carry mostly the licensed items-Disney, Hello Kitty, Nightmare Before Christmas, Skelanimals, plus a few pieces from their privite line. They do bags, totes, wallets, socks, coin purses, and small accessories. Anything from their line makes a great gift item :)
Tokidoki-it's back!! We carried Tokidoki for a while a few years back and have missed it ever since, so it's been a happy home-coming! We just LOVE Simone Legno's designs and artwork and are carrying the clothing for now, perhaps the accessories too a bit later on. If you are into Japan-inspired street art at all, you MUST check this label out. We are especially hooked on the specialty clothing pieces-the pullovers, hoodies and boutique tops.
Sanctify-...meaning "to set apart", and these tees are indeed set apart from the rest. These have special meaning to us, as the designs are rooted in Christian principles and are meant to glorify the Lord and spread the Good News. The designs are edgy and updated, meant to get you noticed so people take a second look...ask you questions about it...what a great way to open up the door to witness to someone!
Rock Revolution-no, no, we won't be selling the denim jeans as we don't really do pants. BUT, they do have a nice line of light-weight thermal hoodies and we picked up a few designs! The designs are colorful and a bit tribal/indie, definitely worth checking out and not too hard on your wallet :)

Width Problems w/ MTT!
Warning: Computer Jargon ONLY alert!
Computer standards today for monitors continue to rise. The resolution of 640x480 has gone the way of the dodo bird, a long time ago; now 800x600 is heading that way as well. We've decided to go to the new standard of 1024x768 for the minimum resolution without scrolling horizontally.
We changed the resolution of My Trendy Tees! It is now designed for 1024x768.
We try to accommodate the smallest resolution possible while still keeping with todays standards. If your running a resolution smaller then 1024x768, give it a try; you might like the new desktop real-estate! Not to mention, more and more websites are designing for this resolution as monitors continue to grow larger in size.
For those of you who are curious, we run in two resolutions: 1920x1200 and 1680x1050. Things may be tinier for us, but we LOVE the real-estate space it affords us!
